The Saturdays是一个新晋女子乐队，她们完成了自己首张专辑”Chasing Lights”的制作。专辑中的单曲也在各大电台打榜，与劲敌Girls Aloud 和 Sugababes分庭抗礼。她们的第二张专辑”Wordshaker”一经发行就受到歌迷热捧。其中最有名的就是这首舞曲”Ego”。
The Saturdays成军于2008年，五位成员分别是：Una Healy、Mollie King、 Frankie Sandford、Vanessa White 以及 Rochelle Wiseman。The Saturdays主要是走流行、电子舞曲以及R&B路线。她们在08年10月27日推出了首张录音室大碟《Chasing Lights》。这张专辑不但受到了广大歌迷的热爱，而英国的音乐评论界对这支女子组合以及她们的首张专辑也普遍给予了不错的评价。《泰晤士报》给出的评论甚至认为“《Chasing Lights》令与她们同期推出专辑的Sugababes和Pussycat Dolls黯然失色。作为首张专辑，《Chasing Lights》绝对是一张值得聆听的专辑。
